Rates
Our flat rate for ground shipping to the 48 contiguous states is $8.99. For Alaska/Hawaii, the base rate is $27.59 and surcharges may apply for larger orders. For shipments to Canada, you can add some items to your cart to determine the shipping rate. Certain longer fluorescent/LED tubes will be assessed a shipping surcharge; this is to cover all of the additional shipping materials that are needed to ensure a safe arrival.

Carriers Used
We use the United States Post Office and UPS for our shipments. The exact carrier and service used is calculated once the order is packaged for shipment. We never guarantee a certain method for any order unless it is an express order. Most orders will ship out within 2-3 business days and will reach customers after approximately a week. .Most orders are shipped from NY. We email tracking numbers to customers once orders have shipped, provided a valid email address is on file.

Issues with Shipping
If a shipment is missing, our Customer Service team needs to be notified within 14 days of the carrier acknowledgement of delivery so a timely claim can be filed. For shipments outside of the USA and Canada, we are not responsible for damaged or missing products.
